Connection and usage

  • Connect the appliance as possible to the poles of the battery or to a plug connection with at least a 15A fuse.
  • The cable to the battery should be as short as and uninterrupted as possible. The hand book defines the relationship between cable thickness and distance from battery.
  • Keep the appliance as full as possible for the best cooling results.
  • Never obstruct the vents to the refrigerators compressor.
  • Don't use any electrical appliance inside the cooling compartment.

Storage Essentials

  • The appliance takes a small amount of idle current and must therefore be disconnected from the AC mains or DC battery.
  • Store the unit with the lid open to prevent the formation of mold.
  • Store the unit in a warm, dry place.
  • Check the plug connection regularly for corrosion.
